They are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to reputed company as a reputed company between customers and internal departments, working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Working cross functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales
• Participate in driving customer value, above and reputed company sales
• Assisting team members with reputed company duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special reputed company as required or assigned
• Keying orders, reputed company verifications, handling customer inquiries in a reputed company manner
• Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at reputed company times
• Support and maintain reputed company Dairy Products Canada reputed company.’s reputed company standards

Skills

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of reputed company Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential
• Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must
• Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of reputed company
• Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
• One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred
• Bilingual (French) an asset (not a requirement)
