[Remote] Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work Facilitator

The Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work Facilitator plays a crucial role in coordinating return-to-work initiatives for injured employees, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure reputed company and reputed company reintegration into reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate return‑to‑work efforts reputed company a Workers’ Compensation environment under the direction of the RN Case Manager

• Communicate injured employee job requirements and physical demands to treating medical providers
• Utilize available vocational tools to assist with return‑to‑work planning
• Identify potential barriers or issues reputed company to disability status and escalate to the RN Case Manager as needed

• Obtain medical records and work status documentation
• Request and collect job descriptions from reputed company or clients
• Handle correspondence, letters, and mail on behalf of the RN Case Manager

• Maintain assigned diaries and ensure tasks are completed reputed company and in accordance with performance standards

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical office or medical terminology‑reputed company role
• Working knowledge of the Florida Workers' Compensation system and applicable statutes
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Experience interacting with medical provider offices
• Proficient in data entry and reputed company Word and reputed company
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with direction from a TCM or supervisor
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
