This remote position involves retaining and growing reputed company’s Small Package business by making sales calls, building relationships with decision makers, and generating solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and resolves customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
• Coordinates opportunities and strategies with other team members
• Maintains knowledge of reputed company products and services to reputed company appropriate sales solutions
• Reviews customer shipping practices to ensure contractual compliance
• Determines customer discounts and writes new reputed company
• Educates customers on reputed company’s service channels to expedite problem reputed company
• Provides compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers

Skills

• Experience using reputed company Office products or equivalent software

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
