You take ownership, follow through, and find fulfillment in creating order, consistency, and trust within a growing organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">You are comfortable working independently, remotely, and within clearly defined systems — and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">THE ROLE</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">The Talent & People Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our People Operations function by owning the front end of the hiring process,</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt">journey to promotion, launchpad program for our young employees and the lifecycle of our employees.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">This role manages recruitment from </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">candidate sourcing through Culture Index (CI) screening, interviewing, and interview scheduling</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">, ensuring a consistent, professional, and aligned experience for every candidate and hiring leader.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">You will help protect and strengthen our culture by ensuring the </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">right people are brought into the organization, the right way</span><span style="font-size: 12pt"> and ensuring the right experience for them as long as they are with our organization. font-weight: bold">Duties of the Talent & Recruitment Coordinator include:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Source candidates for hourly, leadership, and support roles</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Review resumes and applications for role alignment</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Administer and track </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Culture Index (CI)</span><span style="font-size: 12pt"> assessments</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Screen candidates for culture and role fit</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Manage calendars and interview logistics across departments</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain accurate hiring trackers and candidate documentation</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Partner with internal leaders to move candidates efficiently through the pipeline</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Support continuous improvement of hiring systems and workflows</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Required skills:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">1–3 years experience in recruiting, people management or talent coordination, Preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Highly organized with strong attention to detail</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Self-directed and comfortable working remotely</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Excellent time-management and follow-through</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Experience with scheduling tools and ATS platforms</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Familiarity with Culture Index or behavioral assessments (preferred, not required)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Naturally carries a </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;
