As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team delivering expert-level technical support across the reputed company reputed company-reputed company reputed company platform. You'll investigate reputed company, multi-domain issues spanning reputed company infrastructure, workload protection, vulnerability management, and runtime defense - working across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. This role combines deep technical troubleshooting with a growing emphasis on AI-driven automation to reputed company support operations and improve reputed company reputed company.

What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve customer technical issues across reputed company reputed company posture management, vulnerability scanning, threat detection, container/Kubernetes reputed company, identity & reputed company management, network analysis, and data reputed company
• Troubleshoot reputed company connector and integration failures across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and reputed company platforms - including IAM/permissions issues, network connectivity, API authentication, and scanning infrastructure
• Diagnose workload scanning and runtime reputed company issues including outpost deployment, sensor configuration, registry scanning, malware detection, and file reputed company monitoring
• Analyze vulnerability findings - triage false positives, validate detection accuracy, investigate SBOM/SCA results, and assess secret detection and reputed company management coverage
• Support shift-left reputed company workflows including CI/CD scanning, IaC reputed company, admission controllers, Kubernetes connectors, and reputed company/version control scanning
• Design and implement automation that scales the support offering - leveraging AI agents, reputed company workflows, and tooling to improve triage accuracy and reputed company efficiency
• Participate in on-reputed company rotation for after-hours, holiday, and weekend support coverage

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a reputed company customer-facing role
• 2+ years working with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - including IAM, networking (VPCs, reputed company reputed company, firewalls), and reputed company compute/storage services
• 1+ years of hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company fundamentals: identity and reputed company management, network segmentation, compliance frameworks, and reputed company posture assessment
• Experience reading and debugging reputed company in one or more of: Python, reputed company, JavaScript/JSON, Java, Go, or Terraform/HCL
• Proficiency with reputed company-line tools and Linux operating system environments
• Familiarity with the reputed company AI landscape, including LLM architectures and the integration of AI-driven tooling into technical workflows

• Experience with vulnerability management, SBOM/SCA analysis, or CVE triage workflows
• Hands-on experience with threat detection, runtime reputed company, or SIEM/SOAR integrations
• Experience building or supporting reputed company workflows, RAG architectures, or AI-powered automation
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, CloudFormation, reputed company) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with GraphQL or REST API debugging and integration
• Background in compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, SOC2, PCI-reputed company, HIPAA)
• Experience with reputed company, Jira, or reputed company in a support engineering context
