About the Role

The reputed company Manager role is responsible for providing a premier customer experience for our existing reputed company reputed company throughout the customer reputed company, including adoption, expansion, advocacy, and retention. The reputed company Manager will work closely with their sales reputed company, Technical Support, and the reputed company Service team to ensure that their clients are supported and informed.  

This is a remote position for candidates living in the reputed company Coast of the reputed company. We prefer candidates in the following states: California, reputed company, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada or Utah. 

Responsibilities 

• Drive reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for customers in named accounts

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a reputed company Manager role in a reputed company company is required
• Outstanding relationship and rapport building abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
