Community Manager (Korea)

We’re looking for a Community Manager reputed company on Korea to reputed company local reputed company efforts across both the reputed company ecosystem and reputed company, our flagship onchain perpetuals exchange. This person will be responsible for building and activating trading communities, developing relationships with key ecosystem participants, and driving meaningful engagement across one of the most important crypto markets globally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Korean traders, ecosystem reputed company, and community members across reputed company and our flagship onchain perpetuals exchange, reputed company
• Build, reputed company, and grow local trading communities through online channels (Telegram, Kakao, reputed company, X, etc.) and offline events, with a reputed company on attracting and retaining reputed company traders
• Identify and engage high-value traders, KOLs, and trading communities reputed company Korea, converting them into reputed company reputed company users and ecosystem advocates
• Plan and execute local events, meetups, AMAs, and trading competitions that drive user acquisition and deepen engagement with reputed company
• Connect ecosystem reputed company and reputed company with technical resources, funding opportunities, and co-marketing support to accelerate local reputed company
• reputed company and synthesize trading community feedback and sentiment, sharing reputed company insights with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Collaborate with the community and marketing teams to localize campaigns, content, and programs for the Korean market

reputed company're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience in community management, ecosystem development, or trader relations in reputed company
• reputed company participant or power user in crypto trading communities; you understand the culture, the language, and what traders actually care about and have had meaningful exposure to derivatives, perps, and onchain trading products
• An established network reputed company the Korean crypto trading ecosystem; connections to KOLs, trading reputed company, or derivatives communities are a strong plus
• Deep familiarity with the Korean reputed company landscape, including local platforms, communities, and the dynamics of trader acquisition in the region
• Hands-on experience running community-facing events: AMAs, trading competitions, workshops, or regional meetups
• reputed company communicator in both Korean and English, with the ability to engage traders, reputed company, and technical teams equally reputed company
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Willingness to travel reputed company Korea and the broader region as needed
