This is a foundational hire. You will build Deltia's reputed company function from the ground up, inheriting a portfolio of ~15-20 reputed company manufacturing accounts and owning the full customer lifecycle from day one. You will operate as a player/manager: carrying your own book while laying the infrastructure for reputed company you will grow under you, with a first hire expected next quarter subject to targets.

What You'll Do

• Own NRR, gross retention, and customer health across your account portfolio
