Monitor and manage operational performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial goals of the TeleNeurology team.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESystematically deploy practice knowledge to drive standard practices within TeleNeurology and the Neurology OPS team.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAdvise, assist, and mentor TeleNeurology admin team.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EActively participate in group calls and other means of communication with site coordinators and remote team relationships. Be willing to cross-cover if needed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ERepresent the practice line as a strong and positive leader.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EServe as the subject matter expert for the admin team.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide administrative support to TeleNeurologists, Medical Directors, and Regional Directors.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist the OPS team in assuring monthly call schedule is completed timely and accurately.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPartner with the Operations Director to disseminate and drive system and process best practices to ensure successful start-ups.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with all departments to build optimal workflows for the practice line.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPartner with physicians, workgroups, and committees to develop onboarding and education materials (e.g., workflows, analysis manuals, training modules, curriculums, etc.) to support new practice lines, provider onboarding, and programs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EGather documentation for Credentials and Partnership Affairs Committee (CPAC) meetings and Joint Commission Accreditations.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide project management and project support on an ad hoc basis for organizational/department initiatives as needed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EServe as a back up to the admin team to assist with day-to-day operations and management.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupervise daily operations by managing schedules, assigning work, monitoring workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EReview and audit work assignments to monitor the quality, timeliness, and productivity of work. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOversee special projects and meet timelines as assigned by manager, using Credentialing Department personnel as necessary. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EParticipate with manager in notifying leadership of potential issues/concerns.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EParticipate with manager in the recruiting, hiring, and training of team personnel as required. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EParticipate with manager in goals discussions, performance evaluations, and coaching/counseling (as needed) of team personnel.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:#000000;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3ERequired Experience and Competencies%3C/strong%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EAssociate’s degree and two (2) years of healthcare operations experience required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates attainment of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential job functions required.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDemonstrated experience partnering with clients to develop a competitive advantage in their marketplace required.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupervisory experience in a customer service organization required.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFour (4) years of related healthcare operations experience preferred.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge of medical terminology.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESolid knowledge of healthcare management, ideally encompassing hospital-based management and physician practice management.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDeep understanding of the physician’s clinical, management, and leadership roles in the healthcare environment.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge of healthcare, medical, and/or psychiatric terminology.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to rapidly assess needs and deliver solutions (results oriented).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge of payer contracting and its impact on the physician practice.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge of credentialing and licensing procedures.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge of performance measures that affect Hospitalist Practices and medical-legal considerations affecting medical practice.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong analytical skills, creative conceptualization, collaborative management ability, polished interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDemonstrated effective customer service techniques.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to read, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of the position.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by the duties of the position.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), Adobe and other computer applications.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to manage a call center consistently assessing call volumes, response times, and other KPIs.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EThe Community%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEven when you are working remotely, you are an important part of the Vituity Community.
