Job Description
Role Objective:
Support business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new client opportunities for Regulatory Compliance Services. This role combines operational ownership with client engagement and market development, requiring strong commercial thinking, execution discipline, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & Revenue Operations:
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly business growth targets.
• Manage the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle: prospect identification → requirement understanding → proposal coordination → closure.
• Build and maintain a structured, conversion-focused opportunity pipeline.
2. Client Engagement & Advisory:
• Develop a working understanding of key regulatory frameworks (REACH, CLP, SDS, OR services, RoHS, etc.)
• Engage with clients to understand compliance requirements, risks, and business implications.
• Communicate how services enable regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and market access.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, value-driven business conversations.
3. Market Outreach & Opportunity Generation:
• Identify potential clients through outbound outreach, professional networks, referrals, and industry research.
• Qualify opportunities based on regulatory relevance and business potential.
4. Proposal Coordination & Conversion Support:
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and international partners to develop tailored techno-commercial proposals.
• Present proposals in a structured and confident manner.
• Address client queries and objections (technical and commercial) to enable timely decision-making.
• Support closure of opportunities within defined timelines.
5. Core Competencies:
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on outcomes and impact.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a structured manner.

6. HSE:
• Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
• Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Work Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in client-facing, business development, or operations roles (consulting, technical services, compliance, or sustainability preferred).
- Exposure to outbound outreach or opportunity generation is an advantage.
