Partner Account Manager (Spanish, English, Russian)

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager that is fluent in Chinese, Russian and English to join the team!
Your main tasks will be:
- Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;
- Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities;
- Developing and implementing content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
- Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
- Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimization.
We expect from you:
- Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
- Advanced user of Google Workspace.
