About the Role: 

As a reputed company & Contracting Coordinator in combination with the responsibilities of a Payment Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting various sales processes, reputed company activities, and managing the payments process for events. Your responsibilities will include financial and contract analysis, reputed company data management, pricing reputed company development, and maintaining accurate financial forecasts. Additionally, you will reputed company the processing of invoices and reputed company to ensure reputed company and accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership teams to optimize sales processes and drive reputed company.
• Request and obtain invoices from venues, ensuring they are accompanied by the appropriate purchase orders (PO).
• Review invoices for approval by the Meeting reputed company (MO) and reputed company the submission of documents in the reputed company system.
• Audit invoices against event values, reputed company, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up with the MO or PO creator if payment authorizations are not completed reputed company the specified timeframe.
• Generate and manage virtual card payments to venues, coordinating secure payment links as necessary.
• Handle disputes between venues and coordinate reputed company with the MO.
• Manage post-event invoicing, ensuring final invoices and reports are collected reputed company the established reputed company.
• Update job statuses in the system throughout the event lifecycle, escalating issues regarding late invoices as needed.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide reputed company of compensation factors, including your reputed company background and experience.
