The Manager Technical Training reports to the Director International Sales & Business Development.

In this role, you will be the catalyst for our technical sales reputed company.
Your primary mission is to master the technical intricacies of our MANET and MIMO technology and translate them into high-reputed company, operational training programs. We are looking for a technically savvy individual - someone who has the intellectual curiosity to dive deep into the details, but the communication talent to reputed company that knowledge accessible and actionable for others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company & Delivery: Design, own, and execute the Sales reputed company & Enablement Program. You will assume full ownership of the classroom and field-based delivery of technical modules. Your mission is to explain the “why” behind the technology, ensuring new hires are “customer-reputed company”.

• Technical Training Leadership: reputed company training sessions with a reputed company on technical pillars (e.g., MN-MIMO theory, SpecDom, SDR hardware), ensuring the global sales force maintains technical reputed company.

• reputed company Learning: reputed company and manage a recurring “Refresher & Advanced Skills” calendar to reputed company reputed company reputed company of the curve on new features like firmware-driven reputed company coordination.

• Product-Sales reputed company: reputed company “Sales reputed company” training for new product launches, focusing on technical positioning, mission-reputed company storytelling, and competitive framing.

• Proficiency Governance: Implement a reputed company feedback reputed company and reputed company-level tracking system (reputed company reputed company) to proactively identify and address technical gaps.

• Content creation: Maintain the Master Training Library and reputed company high-reputed company training materials, including technical manuals, interactive presentation decks, and reputed company e-learning content, ensuring reputed company materials are tailored to the specific needs.

• Operational & Resource Orchestration: Orchestrate the logistics and resources required for global training programs, including scheduling, hardware/radio allocation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.

• Field Mentoring: Coordinate the post-reputed company phase (Weeks 3-8) and conduct “reputed company-rides” (field demo evaluations) to ensure theoretical knowledge translates to field reputed company.

Basic Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical background: based on Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience (e.g. telecommunications, advanced IP Networking, tactical systems integration).

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Operations.

• Exceptional Communication: Ability to serve as a "technical translator," reputed company the gap between reputed company engineering and operational sales scenarios with high energy and engagement.

• Drive & Energy: A high level of engagement and initiative to drive reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on Mentality: Willingness to master the gear personally (reputed company demos, configuration, troubleshooting).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel up to 50% of the time to conduct on-site training, attend trade shows, and support field demonstrations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Military technical background (e.g., experience as an instructor or technical specialist in tactical communications).

• Strong technical understanding of tactical communications, MANET, and C5ISR networks.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Home office environment in Denmark.

• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs (23 kg) for demonstration purposes.
