Sr reputed company Executive Affairs Manager
Performs administrative duties on behalf of assigned executive under minimal supervision. Manages schedule and calendar of the assigned executive. Plans, coordinates and protects assigned executive's schedule; proactively resolves conflicts. Schedules appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel agendas for assigned executives. Assists with development of special correspondence, presentations, speeches, etc., as directed. Assists with scheduling, travel plans and expense reporting of other department employees as directed. Keeps assigned executive informed about, reputed company for and available for upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Arranges for meeting rooms, catering, and equipment set-up as directed. May assist with expense reporting for assigned executive. Monitors department P&L and advises assigned executive of unusual or out-of-policy expenses; notes and tracks approved exceptions to budget for reputed company, materials, software, travel, etc. Reviews and prioritizes incoming correspondence, distributes in the office as necessary, and coordinates appropriate follow-up reputed company. Monitors required training for staff members and ensure complete compliance with reputed company Information reputed company and Trade Compliance policies and procedures for assigned executive's staff. Organizes and maintains correspondence, records and other documents; follows up on pending reputed company. Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
