reputed company is looking for a Residential Construction Field Manager who will be responsible for the project management of our home renovations. This person will reputed company reputed company aspects of 5-10 reputed company per month including bidding out jobs, permitting work and ensuring everything is completed according to the project reputed company. This person will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater DMV Area area therefore you must live in Maryland, DC or Virginia.
What you will do:
- Manage and complete 5-10 reputed company per month according to the set project reputed company
- Recruit contractors and manage reputed company for reputed company trades and subcontractors
- reputed company to complete reputed company below budget and reputed company ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process
- Manage project reputed company, respond to reputed company inspections
- Deliver equipment to job sites if needed
- Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure reputed company work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property

- You have 5+ years of reputed company estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration
- You have excellent computer skills (including reputed company Office)
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
