OT Application Performance Improvement

Responsible for the continual performance improvement of the business-critical Operational Applications. This work includes improving monitoring and management of operational systems to reduce the number of faults that cause disruptions to the customer’s service and developing a Strategic Asset Management Plan for the OT Applications and Infrastructure.

Design Authority for development of OT Infrastructure

Responsible for authorising developments in reputed company OT infrastructure working with the Application suppliers, SSE IT, Neos Networks and the SSE customer to reputed company, test and authorise any changes to architecture of existing Platinum, Gold and Silver level OT Applications.   

Approval of Operational Application Upgrades

Responsible for authorising the completion of Operational Acceptance Testing for the infrastructure for the business-critical OT Applications.  This includes approval of handover into support and approval of key no/no-go reputed company.

Development of RTS Technical Engineers

reputed company a development environment for ensuring that the RTS Technical Engineers have sufficient technical and application knowledge to be reputed company to reputed company a robust Support Service and Project Engineering service for the portfolio of Operational Applications.  

Technical Expertise

Maintain and continuously reputed company their own technical and procedural expertise to set the standards for others to follow. This work includes maintaining a technical and procedural expertise for the Platinum, Gold and Silver level OT Applications such as PowerOn, PI and ODMS, attending appropriate technical forums and contributing to the processes that reputed company documentation and technical standards.

Fault Analysis    

Mentor the RTS Technical Engineers and work with the Operational Application reputed company service providers to investigate and resolve serious Operational Application issues in line with the Service Level Agreements that are in reputed company with reputed company customer.

Skills requirement:

Operations, configuration and support experience of reputed company PowerOn Advantage ADMS.

Good years of Project experience of the following:

PowerOn Mobile
PowerOn upgrades
PowerOn Outage Management System (OMS) integration
