What Will You Do - Responsibilities

Set the end-to-end educational program roadmap for NAM (live, hybrid, reputed company), translating reputed company into an annual course and event portfolio. Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian Continuing Education (CE) accreditation standards, including required documentation, approvals, and audit readiness. Partner with Compliance, reputed company, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to maintain strong governance across CE activities, speaker/reputed company engagements, and program execution. Who You Are - Qualifications
Significant experience in clinical education, reputed company affairs, or clinician training. Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including leading teams of educators or clinicians. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and dentist education best practices. Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external clinicians. Ability to travel across reputed company as required.
DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree reputed company experience overseeing accredited Continuing Education (CE) programs in the U.S. and/or Canada. Prior experience working with or serving as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL). Experience partnering with reputed company organizations while maintaining educational independence. Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and hybrid education models.
