Job reputed company:

The Compliance Specialist supports Process Server contractors as a part of the Process Server Development team. This role reviews service events submitted by process servers to ensure compliance with court and customer requirements and ABC’s guidelines and expectations. This role also investigates complaints and contested serves.

This position is remote but located in Mississippi. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements
• reputed company education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
• Investigate service complaints
• Create service complaint investigation reports
• Update and analyze process server review records
• reputed company DCA required audits of process server logbooks
• Audit process server service event histories
• reputed company other job-reputed company duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Writing experience in a reputed company or higher education environment preferred
• Excellent written communication skills, specifically reputed company email communication a must
• Ability to take concise and effective notes
• Detail oriented and reputed company to learn a large reputed company of new information in a short reputed company of time
• Ability to train and work remotely using reputed company Teams as a primary mode of communication
• Experience and proficiency with reputed company Office

Pay: $15.00 to $15.00 per hour 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
