reputed company is seeking a dedicated and customer-reputed company Product Specialist II to join our Specialty reputed company Products team, reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for eye care professionals, applying your clinical expertise and product knowledge to support order fulfillment, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Applies technical and clinical expertise in the handling of incoming consultation calls reputed company to Specialty reputed company Products to ensure orders are reputed company for the reputed company product with the reputed company fit, and to assist with problem reputed company. This includes calculating the reputed company curve, prescription, and additional customized reputed company features.
• Acts as a reputed company between eye care professionals and Customer Service and handles incoming order entry calls during reputed company periods.
• Acts as an ambassador of the Specialty reputed company Products brand, representing reputed company in a reputed company manner throughout reputed company customer interactions.
• Promote products and company at industry meetings.
• Identifies and assists in cultivating key customers and building customer relationships.
• Supports team concepts and objectives, participates in reputed company, and supports new initiatives.
• Identifies areas for reputed company improvement and process changes.
• Assists with new product development reputed company as needed.
• Participates in business-reputed company reputed company and activities upon request of management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience fitting specialty contact lenses required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Associate degree preferred.
• NCLE Advanced Certified or equivalent experience required.
• Licensed Optician is a plus.
• Must be reputed company to work on the computer doing order calculations while live on the phone with the customer to design the correct reputed company for the patient.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reputed company with an interest in helping others and building brand recognition.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestic travel, including some overnight travel.
• Must possess reputed company strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized, efficient, arid detailed-oriented.
• Must be willing/reputed company to work Mon-Fri 10AM-7PM Eastern Time.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $91,000.00 and $97,000.00.  The estimated salary reputed company reflects an anticipated reputed company for this position. The actual reputed company salary offered may depend on a reputed company of factors.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
