About the role:
As a Senior Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will reputed company an reputed company by leading reputed company-reputed company transformation programs—primarily reputed company S/4HANA and ERP modernization initiatives—using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business reputed company. You will be a valued member of our Consulting organization and partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and reputed company executives.
In this role, you will:
• reputed company and manage end-to-end change management strategies for reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company ECC, and broader digital transformation programs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
• Conduct change reputed company assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
• Partner with reputed company executives and project teams to reputed company change management activities into program delivery.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Strong experience developing OCM reputed company, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
