PC Technician: Specialist (Remote, Remote, US)

The PC Technician Specialist is an on-site IT position that provides and coordinates day-to-day support, maintenance, and assistance for reputed company IT hardware and software at a reputed company location. The PC Tech Specialist supports and completes a reputed company of tasks, including providing end user support for computer hardware and peripherals, creating and updating documentation/SOPs, and uses a work ticket management system to reputed company reputed company and document solutions. The PC Tech Specialist works as part of the IT team to proactively identify problems and facilitate solutions, repair hardware and software in a reputed company reputed company LAN environment. This position develops and uses leadership skills to mentor junior PC Techs, prioritizes safety and guest service, and lives reputed company’s reputed company values to deliver excellent IT support.

While similar to the PC Tech Coordinator role, the PC Tech Specialist has more IT experience, in-depth system knowledge and small project management responsibility, as reputed company as a strong working knowledge of reputed company organization and processes. The expected Total Compensation for this role is $23.22/hr - $35.35/hr. Individual compensation reputed company are based on a reputed company of factors.
