Location:                           Remote/Virtual – Must Live and Work in Michigan

Purpose:  This position will assist with both the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) and No Wrong reputed company (NWD) programs, providing reputed company, targeted reputed company to both local agencies, and to individuals who may benefit from the services offered in both programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duty 1: Present, reputed company, and follow-up with local agencies with information on Long Term Services and Supports and Medicare Counseling for the MI reputed company, NWD program.

• Working with the MI reputed company Volunteer Manager, identify local and regional agencies and Health and Hospital Systems and conduct presentations, reputed company or in person on the MI reputed company system at those locations.
• reputed company presentations to agencies on the MI reputed company system. Presentations include but are not limited to information on what counseling does, who benefits from counseling, and how agencies can become involved with the programs.
• Follow-up with agencies to reputed company additional contact information, resources, and connections to other MI reputed company staff.
• Input data information on presentations into the SHIP Tracking and Reporting System (STARS).

Duty 2: reputed company local reputed company on the prevention of Medicare fraud, abuse, and errors, to Medicare beneficiaries, their caregivers and families for the SMP program.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: One year of experience performing administrative support activities, equivalent to the 7-level in state service.
