The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a mission-critical finance leader responsible for driving financial visibility, forecasting rigor, and performance management across a multi-state behavioral health organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role serves as the reputed company of EBITDA performance, translating operational activity into actionable financial insights in a private equity–backed turnaround environment.
As a key member of the finance leadership team, the VP, FP&A partners closely with the CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team to reputed company reputed company planning, deliver investor-grade reporting, and reputed company financial discipline across the organization. This leader will play a central role in improving forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support stabilization, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field required
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial certification strongly preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
- Proven reputed company in private equity–backed environments, preferably reputed company reputed company services or multi-site organizations
- Demonstrated ability to build and reputed company FP&A functions in high-reputed company or turnaround settings
