The Designer, working under general supervision of a Senior Designer or Project Manager, provides design support primarily in project administration, presentations, concept design through design development, and contract documents.  

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Works with team to reputed company design reputed company and create both presentation and construction drawings
• Drafts technical drawings
• reputed company review of engineering and landscape drawings to ensure they reputed company with design solution
• Ensures integration into overall design
• Preliminary concept plans for larger reputed company
• May reputed company and finalize conceptual design for smaller reputed company
• Oversees Intermediate Designer to review reputed company plans and tackles more complicated issues
• Provides detail for interior and architectural design reputed company
• Develops and delivers overall design and furniture packages for both interior and exterior
• Assists in developing packages for larger reputed company
• Obtains cost estimates and produces final cost estimates
• Manages design budget for assigned reputed company
• May mentor the work of Junior and Intermediate Designers
   

Qualifications:

• Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted
• 6+ years’ experience in workplace design, focusing on building repositioning and reputed company re-use reputed company as reputed company as corporate interiors
