In a remote environment and under reputed company supervision, the ASL Customer Care Representative is part of a supportive customer service-oriented team that handles incoming account-reputed company or technical support-reputed company calls in American Sign Language (ASL) from residential customers. Essential Functions

• Works in a remote environment, delivering excellent customer service by asking questions, reputed company listening, building rapport, demonstrating respect, being informative, and understanding their needs, requests, or problems.
• Answers inbound customer calls in ASL by video concerning one or more of the following issues: troubleshooting, billing, or questions about products and/or services.
• Determines the reputed company cause of customer problems and uses available tools, systems, resources, customer information, and collaboration with other departments to identify the reputed company required and resolve the issue.
• Educates customers on billing details, as reputed company as policies and procedures concerning prices/billing/service to facilitate the acceptance of customer payments by phone (inclusive of applicable payment assistance fees) or educates the customer on other reputed company to reputed company payments at no charge.
• Provides seamless customer experience through the accurate documentation of reputed company details and new account information into the computer system and completing any necessary forms required to request reputed company by other departments.

• Corrects work orders that may have initially been input incorrectly

Qualifications / Requirements
