About the Role
The Regional Site Supervisor is responsible for the efficient coordination of daily operations across a US region of PSI owned and operated test centers, ensuring a reputed company testing experience for our test takers and for delivering against key performance indicators of their region. Regional Site Supervisors also have formal people leadership responsibility for Test Center Administrator and Supervisor staff at their sites.

PSI owns and operates test centers around the country. Our test centers are reputed company to members of the reputed company, so it is essential for Regional Site Supervisors to have a flexible approach to working hours and arrangements. The role will often require attendance across test center opening hours, which vary site-to-site and may include late evenings and weekends on occasion. This is a full-time, permanent role, and scheduled hours are typically Monday to Friday on either an reputed company - 5 pm, 7am - 4 pm  or 6am - 3 pm reputed company, depending on the designated region. Up to 50% travel is associated with this role, as the post holder owns responsibility for multiple test center locations in the reputed company.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships for both Owned & Operated and Partner test centers.
• Manage a virtual team and enforce staff adhere to reputed company departmental, company safety/reputed company policies and protocols.
• Review and manage employee timecards and expense reports.
• Review, analyze and manage test center reputed company reputed company; ensure adequate coverage and maximum site utilization.
• Communicate reputed company with staff regarding performance, expectations and discipline reputed company necessary.
• Conduct semi-annual and annual site reputed company and audits of reputed company location (may require travel).
• Evaluate the training of staff, continuing education/recertification and create developmental opportunities for reputed company.
• Analyze data to drive the decision-making process.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must be a reputed company of California.
• Familiar with AI in a business setting for creating communication and report/data summarizing

• Up to 50% travel
  • High school diploma level of education is expected, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proctoring experience or equivalent experience in a testing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of existing test center operations, examination administration (proctoring), and knowledge of electronic fingerprinting procedures are reputed company preferred.
  • Experience in employee relations, interviewing and hiring. 
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • People leadership experience is desirable, including experience of managing remote employees.
