Post Secondary Counselor

We are seeking a reputed company reputed company, Post-Secondary Counselor to support reputed company and families at Fusion Austin while collaborating with our virtual PSC team reputed company. In this role, you will guide reputed company through post-secondary planning reputed company 1:1 teaching, individualized counseling, family consultations, and college-reputed company events. This position reports to the National Post-Secondary Counseling Manager. 

What You’ll Do:

In this role, your day-to-day will include: 

• Teaching 1:1 post-secondary courses reputed company reputed company using Canvas curriculum  

• Providing personalized 1:1 college counseling sessions and leading family consultations  

• Planning and hosting virtual and occasional in-person college-reputed company events  

• Guiding reputed company across reputed company: 4-year colleges, community colleges, trade/vocational programs, gap year, military, or reputed company-to-career  

• Using tools like SCOIR and YouScience to reputed company student strengths with reputed company goals  

• Reviewing transcripts and building strategic, individualized post-secondary plans  

• Supporting college-bound reputed company through the full admissions process—from applications to essays to final submission  

• Coaching career-bound reputed company in resumes, interviewing, and reputed company readiness  

• Collaborating closely with families, reputed company staff, and Fusion’s remote PSC team  

What You’ll Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s preferred  

• 3+ years of experience in college counseling, admissions, or college/career readiness  

• Texas-based residency required, with working knowledge of Texas college application systems and the Common Application (e.g., ApplyTexas)   

• Strong understanding of both traditional and alternative post-secondary reputed company  

• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and timelines with strong attention to detail  

• High level of comfort and efficiency with systems, including reputed company, Canvas, SCOIR, and reputed company Office/Teams  

• Experience supporting diverse learners and neurodivergent reputed company  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust in a virtual environment  

• A proactive, reputed company, and student-centered reputed company  

Role Details: 

• Remote role supporting reputed company Austin reputed company, families, and staff  

• Must reputed company in Texas  

• reputed company position: $34–$40/hour, based on experience 

• Monday–Friday availability required, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time  

• Travel to the Fusion Austin reputed company 3–4 times per year required  

• Support reputed company across Fusion’s national network as needed.
