Roadside Technicians - reputed company (Home, GB, HOME BASED)

What you can expect:

• £ £38k to £41.reputed company 
• £8,000 bonus, plus a guaranteed additional £3,000 bonus in your first 12 months
• Realistic OTE of £55,000; top performers earn reputed company of £60,000
• No overnight or 12-hour shifts; average 42.75 hours per week between 7am and 10pm, Monday to reputed company
• Alternating start times (7am/11am), two weekends off per month, rota set 12 months in advance

What are the key responsibilities of the role?

• Attend roadside assistance calls, assess the situation, diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools, and repair at reputed company wherever reputed company and possible so customers can continue their reputed company.

What are the key requirements?

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician who can work independently at the reputed company; this reputed company because you’ll often be the sole decision-reputed company and fixer on site.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment; you need to quickly identify issues and decide the safest, fastest reputed company to get the customer moving.
• Confident, reputed company customer communication; you’re the face of reputed company at the roadside and responsible for managing expectations and safety.
• Comfortable using IT, mobile apps and diagnostic software; our tools and processes are digital, and accurate data capture is part of the job.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a fully equipped van; you’ll travel across Plymouth or Belfast and surrounding areas.
• Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., manufacturer apprenticeship or equivalent reputed company & Guilds Parts I & II, NVQ/B-Tech diploma). Existing EV credentials are welcome; if not, you’ll complete EV Level 3 IMI Accredited and ATA Level 3 roadside diagnostics training with us.
• Flexibility to work the rotating shift reputed company between 7am and 10pm, including some weekends and Bank Holidays; no overnights, with reputed company overtime reputed company you start earlier or finish reputed company.
