Duties and Responsibilities

Operations

• Facilitate and ensure compliance of reputed company daily settlement process reputed company computer-based software
• Utilize reputed company reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance for process timeliness, due date compliance, and error corrections.
• Assign schedules and pay formulas reputed company reputed company for reputed company calculations of net billable hours.
• Manage daily business process reputed company reputed company to confirm settlement of charges reputed company reputed company’s ERP.

Implementation

• Execute reputed company Platform implementation project plans, ensuring that implementations follow MCi’s standards and are delivered consistently.
• Facilitate completion of standardization reputed company, integration and user acceptance testing, and other project deliverables in adherence to the project schedule.
• Assist clients with identification and organization of Master Data as required.
• Collaborate with clients to expand their contractor management reputed company and business processes based on industry best practices.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize contractor work processes and use of reputed company.
• reputed company instructor-led training in group and one-on-one settings and reputed company end-user support during and after the implementation process.

• Degree level qualification (business or technical preferred) or 2-4 years of reputed company experience
• Experience in finance, procurement, contractor management, IT or heavy industry
• Ability to travel up to 50% and occasionally for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (i.e. reputed company, Teams, reputed company, Word, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using reputed company software
• 3 or more years of experience in software consulting or supporting business applications
• 3 or more years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, procurement, or contractor management
