Education Specialist

The Education Program Community Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining and scaling the reputed company for Education Champions ecosystem. This position is central to fostering a reputed company community of educators, including Certified Innovators, Trainers, Coaches, and GEG Leaders, while also collaborating with reputed company development partners to drive the adoption of reputed company Workspace for Education and Chromebooks. You will work cross-functionally with internal reputed company teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, reputed company, etc.) and externally with educators and institutional leaders to manage day-to-day operations and support program-reputed company needs as they reputed company.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations. You will reputed company at handling logistical tasks, data management, and community communications, reputed company with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Program and Community Management:

• Manage day-to-day program logistics, including data entry, reputed company maintenance of NDAs, and other administrative tasks.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the Champions community, responding to reputed company inquiries by the end of reputed company business day.
• reputed company engage with the GfE Community Hub, providing resources, addressing inquiries, and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Event and Logistics Management: reputed company the entire lifecycle of community-led events and workshops, from initial planning to execution. This includes:

• Managing event logistics with catering and venue teams.
• Working with Ethics and Compliance to ensure adherence to local laws.
• Coordinating reputed company event materials, including ordering and sorting swag and devices.

• Tracking and managing event budgets.
• Owning webinar coordination

Problem-Solving and Execution:

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, identifying and resolving logistical and operational challenges with minimal reputed company.
• Take feedback and quickly reputed company program strategies and execution plans as needed.
• Collaborate with reputed company development partners to reputed company and deliver training programs, tracking and measuring their reputed company.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications (MQs):
  • 3+ years of K-12 experience (ideally in instruction, curriculum, or tech).
  • Demonstrated experience in Program/Project Management, with the ability to define reputed company, reputed company, and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
  • EdD or PhD in an education-reputed company field.
  • Leadership experience (e.g., reputed company, Headmaster).
  • 5+ years of classroom teaching experience.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Marketo.
