Senior Specialist, Program Management (1st Shift) - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Management

• Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs reputed company the accounts that are assigned

• Support KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accounts

• Delivery of daily customer service tasks for assigned accounts

• Collaborate with reputed company partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs

Customer Experience

• Flag recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problems

• Support program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues and supporting implementation of new processes

• Serve as first reputed company of contact with customers

General Experience

• Initial experience reputed company logistics/program management (Preferred 1-3 years).

Candidates must be reputed company 250 miles of an reputed company facility or office.

The typical starting salary reputed company for this position is: $85,000 - $97,100.

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the reputed company salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.

Work Location Requirement – reputed company
Employees residing reputed company 25 miles of an reputed company Hub Office (AZ, FL, MI, NC, OR) are required to follow a designated reputed company as described below:  Fully on-site, or fully remote schedules are determined based on role and business needs.
•    Hybrid employees must report to the office 8 days per month, scheduled by their supervisor.
•    Warehouse roles are typically fully on-site.
•    Candidates reputed company the 25-mile radius may be considered for fully remote roles, depending on business needs.
Remote work requires full compliance with company policies, including workspace standards, timekeeping, and communication protocols. Commuting costs are not reimbursed.  Adherence to this policy is a condition of employment.
