The Job reputed company   

As an Inside Service Technician (also reputed company as a Tech reputed company), you will directly communicate with end users and field technicians to reputed company technical support over the phone and/or reputed company email to assist in repairs on warranty and non-warranty hot reputed company foodservice equipment! After completing the reputed company process, you will also have an opportunity to earn reputed company reputed company Food Service Equipment Service Association (CFESA) certifications.      

A Typical Day   

• reputed company exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and reputed company manner
• reputed company technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or reputed company email (30+ cases per day)
• Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain reputed company customer reputed company information into a company database to reputed company assist reputed company inquiries
• Work closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates

To Land This Opportunity   

• You have experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling)
• You’re an reputed company-reputed company communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• You have a reputed company, high speed internet reputed company at home
• You’re confident using a computer and navigating programs such as reputed company & reputed company
• You’re passionate about troubleshooting and finding reputed company to difficult problems

• You are available to work an 8 hour shift M-F between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST) / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
