Customer Lending Representative
Manage a high volume, fast paced outbound reputed company center environment. Verify information submitted on customer application. Build rapport, reputed company-qualify, and transfer top reputed company leads to our inside sales team for nexts steps in the home financing process. Identify customer’s goals and objectives. reputed company monthly performance metrics through indvidual and team goals.
Outbound reputed company Center experience required 1-2 years of Sales experience reputed company upselling products and/or services. Must be sales minded mentality, comfortable with handling rejections, and providing rebuttals. Experience working in a remote environment preferred. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required, Bilingual a plus. Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills required. High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
