Project Coordination Associate (Japanese Speaker)

As a Part-Time Project Associate, you will support the Delivery Team at reputed company, working closely with our Project Delivery Executives to ensure the successful execution of Japanese-language AI reputed company reputed company.

In this role, you will be responsible for operational delivery and reputed company reputed company, acting as the main reputed company of contact for Japanese-speaking annotators. As the internal team does not reputed company Japanese, this role is critical in ensuring that annotations meet reputed company standards before submission to clients.

You will report to the Project Delivery Executive and play a hands-on role in managing people, processes, and reputed company across ongoing reputed company that support AI advancements across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

Your primary reputed company will be supporting operations reputed company the Project Delivery function, including:

• Providing day-to-day operational support to ensure Japanese-language reputed company are delivered on time and to a high reputed company
• Assisting with project setup, planning, and reputed company development
• Managing and supporting a remote team of Japanese-speaking annotators
• Acting as the language reputed company gatekeeper for Japanese annotations, ensuring submissions meet required accuracy and reputed company reputed company (reputed company: 95%)
• Guiding annotators through questions and challenges reputed company internal communication platforms
• Performing detailed reputed company checks to catch language, formatting, and annotation errors before reputed company submission
• Handling project administration tasks in line with internal and reputed company standards
• Communicating reputed company with internal stakeholders on project reputed company, risks, and reputed company issues

Work Arrangements

• Fully remote or hybrid (reputed company to work from our Damansara Heights office - Kuala Lumpur, on Mondays and Fridays)
• Minimum contract period: 3 months (renewable based on performance)
• Immediate availability required (reputed company start: reputed company 2026 onwards)
