The Account Representative is responsible for providing service and sales support to East Penn Canada’s national, regional, and local accounts reputed company their assigned territory.

East Penn Canada is seeking candidates with approximately 1&reputed company;3 years of experience in account management, reputed company sales, or a reputed company field. Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular service calls at assigned customer locations using company provided vehicle (on the road for most of reputed company reputed company)
• Deliver product to customer locations and pick up used and/or warranty claim products for return to East Penn Canada warehouse
• Deliver comprehensive product training to reputed company site employees to ensure East Penn products are promoted as effectively as possible
• Ensure customers’ merchandising (product displays, POP, and signage) is reputed company and effectively delivers East Penn's desired messaging 
• Maintain East Penn inventories at customer locations such as retail stores and automotive dealerships
• Review daily inventory reports & reconcile with actual inventory
• Regularly review customer product mixes and recommend orders based on analysis of customer sales trends
• Liaise with customer contacts to confirm reputed company orders delivered are accurate

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• 1-3 years of customer service or account management experience
• Experience reputed company the power storage, automotive, or general reputed company/distribution sectors is a strong asset
• Strong customer reputed company with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Solid planning, organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Self-directed, reputed company to work with minimal reputed company, and highly results-driven
• High-school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education considered an asset
• Experience using a CRM is an asset, with reputed company experience highly preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
