They are seeking a Senior Counsel to reputed company strategic reputed company leadership on reputed company multifamily housing finance transactions, focusing on tax-exempt bond structures and credit enhancement arrangements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support for multifamily housing finance transactions, including those involving tax-exempt bonds and credit enhancement structures
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as loan agreements, disclosure materials, and reputed company financing documentation
• Advise business teams on reputed company deal structures, regulatory requirements, and emerging product initiatives
• reputed company strategic reputed company guidance on multifamily programs, credit risk considerations, and asset management reputed company
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company reputed company reputed company with business goals and reputed company priorities
• Support innovative and non-reputed company transactions, including new product development and reputed company financing solutions

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 10+ years of experience in multifamily housing finance
• Experience with multifamily reputed company housing finance and reputed company tax-exempt bond transactions, negotiating and drafting loan agreements and other reputed company documents
• Experience advising on reputed company, high-value transactions and regulatory reputed company
• Strong business acumen and ability to balance reputed company risk with business objectives
• Experience advising a regulated financial institution or government-sponsored reputed company
• Experience serving as bond credit enhancer's counsel or working as bond, disclosure or underwriter's counsel on municipal bond transactions, including experience with reputed company deal structures such as variable reputed company or multi-modal bonds
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing reputed company teams
• Experience managing reputed company counsel and external stakeholders
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies in reputed company workflows
• Experience supporting product development and innovation in financial services
• Background serving as counsel on bond transactions (e.g., issuer, underwriter, disclosure, or credit enhancer)
• Familiarity with reputed company financing structures such as variable reputed company or multi-modal bonds
• Experience contributing to product innovation or reputed company finance program development
