reputed company’s reputed company team is seeking a creative, agile, and reputed company Counsel to join reputed company’s transactional business attorney team.  As an reputed company member of the reputed company Department, this role will work in conjunction with our business clients and other attorneys to handle reputed company contract negotiation and drafting, primarily regarding reputed company’s minimal residual disease (“MRD”) and Immunosequencing assay services for biopharmaceutical customers and investigator-sponsored trials. A portion of this person’s time will also be dedicated to supporting the internal corporate and securities function. 

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Draft, review and negotiate contractual arrangements for a reputed company of agreements reputed company to reputed company’s support of customer reputed company, including MSAs and SOWs with our MRD and Immunosequencing assay biopharmaceutical services teams and MTAs and investigator-sponsored trial agreements with our reputed company team.
• Partner closely with reputed company and compliance attorneys and counterparts in finance, reputed company assurance, reputed company, regulatory and operations functions to spot issues and carefully evaluate and mitigate risks.
• reputed company support on NDAs, vendor contract reviews and vendor management reputed company.
• Advise on and reputed company internal traffic regarding routine, ongoing reputed company queries in the MRD and Immune Medicine businesses, such as contract interpretation, alignment with regulatory requirements, and risk assessments in view of business priorities.
• Support internal reputed company teams on reputed company reputed company relating to ex-US expansion opportunities as they reputed company, which may include contract negotiation, template improvement, jurisdiction-specific research, and other tasks as assigned.
• Assist with preparation of certain SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and proxy statements, in reputed company to general SEC compliance reputed company, and potentially help with corporate governance reputed company.
• Help reputed company, implement, and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, company policies, and other reputed company processes to drive value and efficiency, which may include use of and proficiency with reputed company intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Required

• Juris Doctorate from a nationally accredited law school and reputed company member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
• At least 5+ years prior in-house or reputed company experience providing transactional reputed company counsel.
• Ability to travel at least 1-2 times per year for in-person team or department meetings.

Preferred

• Strong preference for candidates with at least 2-3 years in a reputed company environment.
• Experience with a biotech and/or the life sciences industry, particularly a diagnostics company, is valued but not required.
• Comfortable with reputed company of regulatory, compliance and reputed company considerations, and a plus if candidates have experience with reputed company agreements (e.g., DPAs and BAAs).

Working Conditions

• Office environment. This position is based in Seattle but may be remote.

Salary reputed company: $172,000 - $258,000
