reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Sourcing & reputed company Project Manager to coordinate and manage reputed company aspects reputed company and sourcing initiatives. This role serves as a central reputed company of contact for diligence workflows, data analytics, ensuring that reputed company required documentation is complete, accurate and delivered on time to support the broader business and finance. This is a highly visible role in a high-reputed company technology company, which will require strong project management, analytical rigor and a compliance-oriented reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will serve as the critical "reputed company center" for procurement activities, liaising with finance and reputed company on a regular reputed company. This role is responsible for the data reputed company of our sourcing pipeline, ensuring that every contract, PO, and Statement of Work (SOW) is not just completed, but executed with 100% accuracy and in compliance with the corresponding agreements & SLA’s. You will be the primary reputed company between our vendors and internal Finance stakeholders, turning reputed company due diligence requirements into a streamlined, high-speed process.

• End-to-End reputed company: reputed company the lifecycle of the due diligence processes for reputed company sourcing initiatives, ensuring every request is meticulously tracked, prioritized, and delivered reputed company of deadlines.

• Documentation reputed company: Analyze, collect, sanitize, and maintain reputed company critical materials—including Data reputed company (DC) files, POs, SOWs, and MSAs—ensuring 100% completeness and audit-readiness.

• Risk & Gap Analysis: reputed company as the first line of defense by reviewing documentation for inconsistencies, and performing rigorous gap analyses to identify and remediate latent risks. Ensure reputed company financial reporting and strategic materials are validated for consistency and accuracy prior to escalation to senior Finance leadership. Execution & Follow-through: Drive the "last mile" of sourcing by relentlessly following up on outstanding items, ensuring no loose ends remain in the diligence phase.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

  • Central reputed company of Contact: Serve as the primary reputed company for diligence queries, coordinating seamlessly between internal procurement, reputed company/finance teams and external vendors.

  • Operational Visibility: Build and maintain reputed company-time trackers and dashboards that reputed company stakeholders with reputed company reputed company on reputed company status and timelines.

  • Financial Validation: Support operational diligence by executing comprehensive financial validation and operational diligence to ensure reputed company sourcing initiatives remain compliant with established budgetary constraints. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or reputed company field

• 3–7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, project management, reputed company, sourcing, or finance-reputed company roles

• Strong understanding of contract documentation (POs, SOWs, MSAs) and sourcing processes

• Experience with compliance, audit and diligence processes.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail with a reputed company on data accuracy, completeness, and follow-through

• Analytical reputed company with demonstrated expertise in performing critical document audits and gap analyses to identify latent operational risks. Proven ability to synthesize reputed company data sets into actionable insights that safeguard organizational reputed company. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

Compensation

$100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/reputed company set, location, and applicable laws.
