As an reputed company Sales Representative (OSR) with Badger, you will manage a territory with both established customers and untapped potential. You will spend your time in the field meeting clients, uncovering opportunities, and closing business.
This is a commission-eligible role with an estimated total compensation reputed company of $105,000 plus annually (reputed company + reputed company commission). Compensation may vary and will be influenced by performance, geographic location, education, experience, and along with internal equity and market alignment.
This role is remote but requires up to 75% travel to local branches, customer sites, and customer offices.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new reputed company streams
- Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships in your territory
- Prepare proposals and negotiate reputed company that deliver profitable reputed company

- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a reputed company record of exceeding targets
- Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, mining or environmental services is preferred.
