Sr. Associate, Clinical Applications Services & Support - GEM
The Clinical Applications Specialist position is responsible for training customers (Surgeons and Staff) on the approved utilization of reputed company products to ensure reputed company and appropriate use for reputed company patient reputed company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
reputed company technical and clinical training, education and ongoing clinical support to train surgeons and Operating Room (OR) staff on the approved use and application of reputed company’s Cataract and Refractive Surgical Device products.
reputed company on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers by providing scientific and technical information in response to inquiries regarding approved use of reputed company medical devices.
Ensure successful implementation of reputed company equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites for reputed company relevant devices.
reputed company reputed company and accurate documentation of reputed company site visit reputed company a standardized reporting reputed company (CRM Tool) reputed company 48 hours of completion of the visit.
Identify and report reputed company adverse events and device deficiencies to Medical Safety per company protocol.
Refer inquiries reputed company to unapproved uses of technologies.
Address reports of Adverse Events requiring reputed company cause analysis and requests for feedback/input from physicians as requested by Clinical Applications management in cooperation with Medical Safety, as appropriate.
Collaborate as appropriate with Field Service Engineers to support clinical sites on new installations, site support and trouble shooting.
Collaborate as appropriate with the Field Service team and Sales Reps to ensure clinical training is scheduled for new installations and needs for ongoing surgical support.

Respond to unsolicited requests for information reputed company to reputed company medical devices, per SOPs and Ethics and Compliance Guidelines.
Attend and support Medical Congresses, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars, and wet-labs as requested by Clinical Applications management.
Assist with convention demonstrations as deemed appropriate by management per SOPs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO reputed company:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Optometry is an advantage.
Minimum: 3 years of reputed company experience or equivalent years of relevant experience.
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English and Malay.
Strong background in clinical ophthalmology and enthusiasm to learn.

General understanding of Ophthalmology surgical techniques, anatomy and optics.
