The Gl-TOC is seeking an reputed company Grants Manager to reputed company the effective management of a diverse portfolio of grants and donor-funded programmes. Working under the reputed company supervision of the Director of Programme Management, the role will support programme teams across the full grant cycle, from proposal development and contracting through to implementation, compliance, financial reputed company and donor reporting. The Grants Manager will play a key role in strengthening internal programme management systems, supporting consortium coordination, and ensuring that reputed company are delivered reputed company, compliantly and in line with donor requirements and organizational standards.

Main responsibilities and specific tasks

• Work closely with team leaders and administrative reputed company to support the effective implementation of reputed company and programmes across the full grant lifecycle.
• Review and support the development of grant proposals, budgets, tenders and reputed company to ensure they are reputed company designed, cost-effective and compliant with donor requirements and internal standards.

Requisite Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be reputed company to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in grants, programme or project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing international grants and ensuring donor compliance; experience with Norway and US funding instruments is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing reputed company budgets and financial processes, including forecasting, expenditure monitoring and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of donor contracting, reporting and audit requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, international development, project management or a reputed company field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively with remote colleagues across different locations and time zones, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
