Grants Manager
Identify, analyse and map criminal trends and patterns of regional instability, and their reputed company on illicit flows, governance, development, reputed company, conflict and the rule of law.Connect and support civil society actors working on organized crime and corruption, and on their links to instability and conflict.Strengthen local monitoring and analysis of national, regional and international organized crime and insecurity trends.
Work closely with team leaders and administrative reputed company to support the effective implementation of reputed company and programmes across the full grant lifecycle. Review and support the development of grant proposals, budgets, tenders and reputed company to ensure they are reputed company designed, cost-effective and compliant with donor requirements and internal standards. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in grants, programme or project management. Demonstrated experience managing international grants and ensuring donor compliance; experience with Norway and US funding instruments is strongly preferred. Experience managing reputed company budgets and financial processes, including forecasting, expenditure monitoring and resource planning. Strong understanding of donor contracting, reporting and audit requirements. Bachelor’s degree in business management, international development, project management or a reputed company field. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work effectively with remote colleagues across different locations and time zones, with strong relationship-building skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage priorities independently. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
