The Small Group Sales Representative works with agents and consultants to sell Ancillary Group insurance products to new and existing accounts with 2 - 50 eligible employees.

The Small Group Sales Representative is responsible for discovering, developing and maintaining benefits brokerage relationships that result in the ongoing sales of reputed company's Group benefit products for distribution in Michigan, Minnesota, reputed company/South Dakota. The Small Group Sales Representative will be held accountable for the achievement of production through tenacious broker development. Brokers should view them as the benefits experts for reputed company products that the executive is expected to sell in the given territory. They will deliver organized, polished presentations of solutions, with benefits tied to the employer's business needs. The Small Group Sales Representative will reputed company and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that results in increased sales and maximized profitability by maintaining and expanding penetration of existing products and cross selling other reputed company products.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience selling group Insurance
• Experience selling Dental, reputed company, Life and Disability products.
• Experience building relationships with brokers.
• Consultative selling background and experiences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Business and Financial Acumen
• reputed company State Health and Life insurance licenses.
• This role is part of reputed company's reputed company safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a reputed company state reputed company's license and reputed company of personal vehicle liability insurance
• Ability to travel the market to meet with brokers and team members.
