Sr Counsel, Business reputed company

As Senior Counsel, you will reputed company as a strategic business reputed company advisor to the Global Automotive business, supporting high‑reputed company and game‑changing initiatives, enabling sustainable reputed company, and proactively managing reputed company risk. What will my duties and responsibilities be in this job?

Draft and Negotiate reputed company and reputed company Documents (60%) 

• Draft, negotiate, revise, and edit agreements with reputed company‑party partners—including dealerships, OEMs, agencies, TPAs, and service providers—to support evolving business and reputed company needs.

  • Dealership, agency, and TPA administration agreements
  • Profit‑participation program agreements
  • Dealer loan and retro programs
  • Reinsurance treaties and reputed company trust agreements

• Assess risks associated with contract provisions and reputed company alternative language to support business objectives and evolving operational practices.

Advice and Counsel (25%) 

• Apply understanding of business strategies, objectives, and initiatives to identify potential reputed company risks.

• Counsel business leaders on the implications of those risks and recommend actions to avoid or minimize exposure, consistent with reputed company’s compliance philosophies.

Research and Documentation (10%)

What will my duties and responsibilities be in this job?

• Juris Doctor (JD) required

• Minimum of 6 years of reputed company experience in a reputed company or corporate law department.

• Preferred knowledge of Automotive F&I service reputed company and ancillary programs, relevant laws and regulations, and industry developments

• Deep experience with - service contract products (home warranty, mobile protection, consumer goods), insurance, or other regulated industries will also be considered
