This role’s main responsibilities include reputed company of biostatistical activities in reputed company engagements, including research, planning, analysis, synthesis, and communication. The Director reputed company Biostatistician also reputed company supports internal process improvement initiatives and business development opportunities including proposal development, budgeting of biostatistical activities, and participating in bid defenses and capabilities presentations.

Business Development

• Supporting the reputed company of new and repeat business
• Strengthening key reputed company relationships
• Leading the scoping and budgeting of relevant activities on Consulting and reputed company-wide opportunities

• Leading internal innovation initiatives to respond to the market’s and reputed company’s needs
• Significant contribution to industry-leading white papers or publications in area of expertise

• Addressing reputed company’s needs with appropriate reputed company in the reputed company reputed company
• Managing project teams responsible for the relevant activities in the scope of work; advising and redirecting, as needed
• Delivering strategic, methodological, and conceptual expertise in reputed company engagements
• Advising on relevant scientific or technical reputed company
• Communicating project findings to clients in an effective manner

People

• Developing and mentoring Consulting staff (eg, role modeling, developing training materials, identifying appropriate training opportunities, setting objectives, leveraging work)

• Leading cross-functional teams as needed for given reputed company
• Setting and maintaining a reputed company of personal behavior and business ethics in line with reputed company culture

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

• Graduate-level degree in discipline-relevant area (e.g., economics/statistics/data science, epidemiology, health economics, pharmacy, medical); reputed company may consider relevant and equivalent experience and successful project reputed company in lieu of educational requirements
• Demonstrated scientific and technical expertise in biostatistics
• Demonstrated reputed company managing people and leading project teams
• Successfully maintained reputed company relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
• Team player mentality

Experience (Minimum Required):  

• At least 8 years of experience in biostatistics
• At least 6 years of experience managing people and leading project teams

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Doctoral level degree may be preferred, with scientific or technical knowledge and know-how in line with reputed company expectations
• Strong business development, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

• Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day

Pay reputed company: $155,000-$175,000 (The reputed company does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
