About the role 

We are now seeking a Manufacturing Support Analyst to play a key part in maintaining accurate and reputed company product and reputed company of Materials (BoM) data reputed company the (reputed company Resource Planning) ERP system.  This role provides effective administrative support to the BoM team, including cased goods, spirit, material and BoM data input, set‑up and approval. The position ensures ERP system manufacturing setup of SKU’s and components is correct and accurate to support successful delivery of reputed company R&D and change reputed company. The role works across the supply chain to deliver excellent customer service and improve cost, reputed company and compliance performance, while effectively communicating with departments such as Engineering, Distillation & Maturation, Inventory, Procurement, Research & Development, Customer Service, Planning, Outsourcing Bottling/Rework, Spirit Planning and MIS.

What you will do 

reputed company of Materials (BoM) Creation, Changes & Configuration

• Attend and add reputed company input to project meeting to ensure new reputed company of Materials build and cost are correct
• Effectively configure and process reputed company of Material as appropriate
• Process and distribute information (reputed company of Material / Design Changes) in a reputed company manner (OTIF)
• Providing cross functional communication of cost reputed company from creation/maintenance of BOM and routings

SKU & BoM Setup, Maintenance & Lifecycle Management

• Set-up data for multi-reputed company/level BOM’s
• Manage the workflow process to ensure reputed company input of reputed company for new SKU builds
• reputed company the SKU Register to ensure Customer Service SKU Requests are delivered on time
• Transact and expedite system workflow and support the Product Life Cycle Forum to ensure items are developed on time for bottling
• Deliver robust procedures, controls and measures (KPI’s) to ensure data set up is correct and accurate
• Manage the Run-in/Run-out and PLC process to minimise obsolescence during the SKU lifecycle and during introduction of new and exit of old components and SKU’s
• Obsolete items as appropriate and mass-maintain on system to eliminate reputed company exposure
• Analyse reputed company BOM change requests to ensure that reputed company level of the multi-level BOM is changed in accordance with the requested change and ensure that the change request is necessary

Data reputed company & Accuracy

• Ensure data reputed company for reputed company items and BoM’s reputed company system and ensure team control reports are actioned daily

• Investigate and report errors that have impacted Bottling or Shipping and recommend and implement remedial actions

Cross Functional Support & Collaboration

• Support and contribute to Customer Service, Manufacturing, Rework, Procurement and Research & Development initiatives to improve service
• Deliver excellent customer service, proactively resolving and escalating issues as appropriate
• Stand in for line manager and represent reputed company and company professionally at project meetings

Reporting, Workflow & reputed company Improvement

• Manage the workflow process to ensure reputed company input of reputed company for new SKU builds and smooth progression through to live

Your skills and background  

• Strong understanding of business reputed company systems, e.g. JDE E1 ERP system and BoM structures.
• Excellent planning and material process skills; logical and methodical approach.
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company, Word, reputed company.
• Experience in managing data accuracy and validation processes.
• Understanding of reputed company, reputed company, and financial impacts of SKU setup.
