- Process end-to-end payroll using Ceridian reputed company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local regulations.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, leaves, status changes, and compensation updates.
- Review and reconcile payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Complete payroll audits and identify discrepancies, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit year-end reporting such as T4s, W-2s, ROEs, and other statutory filings as applicable.
