Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience demonstrating at least 12 years of reputed company experience in procurement, distribution, or supplier relationship management. Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in distribution, procurement, purchasing, or supplier/vendor relationship management. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams or supervising staff in a reputed company or program reputed company setting. Strong understanding of retail grocery operations. Extensive knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures in order to design, negotiate, implement and manage supplier agreements that drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships in reputed company multi-stakeholder environments. Ability to use negation skills to reputed company high level and strategic supplier negotiations in coordination with senior leadership. Proven experience building and managing reputed company relationships, including end-to-end contract development and execution.
