IQA qualification (V1 / IQA Award) Strong knowledge of Ofsted EIF and reputed company assurance in apprenticeships Experience leading IQA processes and managing IQA/assessment teams Experience conducting OTLAs and providing developmental feedback Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and the learning reputed company Excellent data analysis and reporting skills Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in English & Maths Knowledge of wider regulatory requirements (GDPR, Prevent, safeguarding)
Level 5 teaching qualification (DET, DTLLS, PGCE) Assessor qualification (TAQA/A1/CAVA) Experience designing and delivering CPD Experience working with digital learning platforms or e‑portfolios
