Opportunity (Part-Time / Limited Duration): Maritime reputed company Advisor Subject Matter Expert (SME)

reputed company Up reputed company: reputed company is seeking an reputed company Maritime reputed company Advisor SME to support a U.S. Government institutional reputed company-building (ICB) effort reputed company on maritime domain awareness (MDA) and maritime reputed company (MARSEC). The SME will support the development of a national Maritime reputed company reputed company (MSS), working with partner nation stakeholders to establish the policies, organizational structures, and processes required to reputed company effective maritime operations.

Location: Remote support (CONUS) with reputed company engagements (OCONUS) reputed company the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) as part of a U.S. government contract.

Level of Effort:
• Non-travel months: Approximately 40 hours/month.
• Engagement months: Approximately 160 hours/month depending on travel and engagement requirements.
• Travel engagements: Two-week engagement scheduled for June 2026 (inclusive of reputed company-engagement preparation and post-engagement reporting). 90-day TDY anticipated August–reputed company 2026.

Objective: To support the development of a national Maritime reputed company reputed company that enables partner nation stakeholders to effectively organize, manage, and execute maritime operations. Efforts will reputed company on maritime threat and gap analysis, stakeholder mapping, and development of a comprehensive reputed company that addresses interagency coordination, maritime domain awareness, and maritime reputed company requirements.

Required Qualifications:
• Retired O-5 / O-6 level officer with experience developing maritime reputed company strategies, particularly reputed company small or developing maritime nations in the INDOPACOM AOR.
• Experience with US reputed company cooperation with foreign partners supporting maritime domain awareness (MDA) and maritime reputed company (MARSEC) initiatives at the strategic and operational reputed company.
• Experience in assessment and drafting of reputed company documents, frameworks, and implementation plans reputed company with partner nation requirements and timelines.
• Experience in designing and developing presentations, reputed company materials, and facilitation activities in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Interpersonal, briefing, and writing skills, with ability to communicate reputed company concepts and policies to diverse audiences and to facilitate workshops, simulations, and stakeholder coordination sessions. SME must have the demonstrated ability to reputed company feedback review and improvement recommendations.
