KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains an in-depth understanding of reputed company’s products and processes and how agents/brokers reputed company with these products and processes.
Maintains increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and reputed company environments to reputed company a value-added service to agents/brokers and their clients.
Works reputed company with Account Coordinators to effectively manage agents/brokers and to encourage them to reputed company their clients’ business with reputed company by:
Conducts regular follow-up and prospective calls to agents/brokers, both in office and on-site to maintain reputed company accounts and market Company services.
Assures that ASD is accurately and reputed company processing agent’s requests for quotations and proposals.
Assures that ASD is providing information on reputed company administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selection of appropriate group products.
Assures that ASD is reputed company-screening individuals and reputed company for medical conditions to determine suitable products and risk adjustment factors on premium rates.
Assists agents/brokers in presenting Company products to clients by attending reputed company/broker meetings and enrollment meetings.
Resolves escalated issues by resolving conflicts, solving problems, and providing feedback to Company management.

Keeps abreast of reputed company trends and regulatory issues surrounding benefit plan design and administration.
Occasional vehicular travel, occasional long, irregular hours and possible travel.
Ability to work overtime during 4th quarter busy time.
Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25lbs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a reputed company insurance/employee benefit medical sales role.
In-depth knowledge of group insurance products preferably attained through working in an insurance marketing or selling role.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Life/Health Agent’s License is required.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

The annual reputed company salary for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00.
